It's a party where swingers meet and greet . Drinking socializing and a small amount of dancing will occur. No damage will be done to the property and I am willing to give a refundable security deposit. There also will be security. I require it to have 3 to 4 bedrooms and everything a normal home would have ( living room, kitchen , bathroom etc) please contact me if interested. Areas in and near the Poconos and Lehigh Valley will be great. Please nothing in center city . I would be using it on weekends for one day. Friday or Saturdays.
