Transortation Associate in Allentown, Pennsylvania For Sale

Job Descriptions: Americold’s transportation dedicated fleet operation for Cold Chain Transportation (CCT) regional operations including but not limited to dispatch operations, customer service and overall day to day transportation functions. Essential Functions: * Work with day to day dispatch functions and overall book of business. * Daily operating plan for future shipment activity for CCT shuttle trucks and are being properly scheduled. * Interaction with the CCT drivers. * Schedule CCT inbound, outbound and local deliveries as needed. * Ensure daily transportation operations procedures are adhered to. * Work with the Safety Manager and Management to ensure compliance with all company policies, as well as all Federal, State and Local regulations as it relates to DOT and OSHA. * Sort scan and file paperwork. * Other duties as requested. Required Experience: High school diploma. 2 Years customer service and/or transportation clerical experience. Detailed oriented with good analytical skills.
