PROJECT MANAGER

Project Manager must have computer skills, five (5) years minimum experience as a project manager, good organizational skills and skilled in deadline planning and coordination.
PM can have a general construction work experience but must know commercial millwork and be familiar with the AWI Architectural Woodwork Standards (AWS).
Formal education not a prerequisite but would be beneficial. Read blueprints and shop drawings, estimating of change orders, computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
Out of state travel sometimes required.
Salary is commensurate with experience. Salary and benefits consideration typically exceeds industry average. Sick / Personal Days, Vacation, Medical Benefits, 401 K Pension with matching 4%.
