Responsibilities:
Work with suppliers throughout the display/demo development cycle to meet performance, delivery and cost targets
Learn and understand suppliers manufacturing processes. Drive projects to improve quality, cost and efficiency.
Create, publish and drive adherence to sourcing strategy in coordination with corporate procurement
Build strong relationships with internal and supplier teams
Assure a high standard of quality in your own work and in the work of others via good design principles, process improvements, safety, aesthetics, smart testing and review practices

Requirements:
:Mechanical Engineering with at least a 3.0 GPA
:5:10 years of industry experience in the field of procurement engineer
:Experienced in manufacturing and/or sourcing of various Marketing material such as POP display, merchandisers, corrugates and sales demos
:Experienced in working with suppliers through various stages of design
:Familiar with and has hands on experience with various manufacturing processes, such as sheet metal and vaccum forming
:Willingness to travel : visit suppliers to review manufacturing processes, visit and troubleshoot job sites, accompany a salesperson to follow up latest display with a customer
:Excellent communication skills with all departments and disciplines
