Meet Kelly J. Jordan, Permanent Cosmetics Specialist and Licensed Esthetician. Kelly would like you to know that permanent cosmetics is also known as permanent makeup, cosmetic tattooing and micropigmentation. Kelly attended the Northwestern University of Louisiana and is a graduate of The Northampton Community College, The Beau Institute of Permanent and Corrective Cosmetics and The Paul Mitchell Vision Academy which offers a course of study in esthetics. She has many years of professional experience in the permanent makeup and esthetics fields including recent affiliations with plastic surgeons in Philadelphia, Easton, and Allentown, Pennsylvania. She currently practices in a medical spa, in a doctor?s office, and in her own residence, serving the Greater Lehigh Valley, New Jersey, Philadelphia, The Main Line, and Northeastern Pennsylvania.
